I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with your product!!!  We have had smoke issues with 2 of our fireplaces ever since we put them into our house during an addition.  We thought we would try your grate wall of fire and hope for the best.  I can happily say that the minute I lit our first fire using it, I could tell immediately that it worked!  The smoke went right up the back wall instead of "puffing out" into my kitchen.  It was an instant success!!!!

The Grate Wall of Fire system is excellent. Thank you! The instructions received with the Grate itself reminded me of growing up in Springfield, MA in a victorian 2-family with a huge coal boiler in the basement. That required heating up the interior grates before the coal would correctly burn. Your Grate Wall system is much the same. Care and some patience has to be given to carefully start the fire and heat up the fireback. Once done, this is an efficient burning system that burns much less wood than my old grate and more than doubles the sustained direct heat output. Ash buns way down and banks well overnight. Your product is a real find! Thanks again for your help.
